Social Justice

Social Justice

It is popular to say you are "woke" when it comes to the racial injustices we see today. But are we truly "woke" to hear God's call and do our part in God's work? In this series, we can learn from Samuel and Eli the difference between sensing what is happening in the world and being truly woke, perceiving what justice looks like. What can we do beyond hashtags and thoughts to uplift women who are victims of violence? We can change how we support and treat women in our churches and communities. We learn from the story of Dinah to not only oppose sexual violence, but support women as God calls us to do.
